Ian did a good job representing us as buyers. On possession day there were issues with obtaining the keys and a missing appliance outlined in the contract. Eventually, these issues were resolved by Ian, the keys much quicker than the missing appliance.

This was a long process from start to finish for me as everytime I was ready to list something happened in my life. Ian was very patient with me and finally everything worked out and the house sold for more than was originally thought was available.

Ian is passionate about his work. He cares about his clients and works very hard. He was always available and wiling to help. Thank's of him we bought our first property in the island.
