Ian was a great help to us for our first home purchase. He helped us through the whole process which started as just shopping and not even knowing if we'd be able to enter the market, all the way to placing our first offer and helping us find a broker to get us our mortgage. He was available 24/7 and gave us great advice which ended up with us getting our townhouse for under asking....I'm Nov of 2021. At this time, and under asking offer was unheard of in our area. He got us in for the first showing and before any other buyers could blink we were in escrow and their offers were never even seen! Thanks Ian, without your swift action we might still be trying to get into the market another 8 months later. When we're done our renovation and looking for our next purchase, Ian will be our agent of choice.

Ian helped us buy our first home in a very difficult market, lots of buyers, no inventory. We have busy work schedules which only allowed us one day a week for viewings - Ian was great and flexible, and organized viewings for us on our day off, but also in evenings when the listings hit the market. He was able to guide us on realistic values to offer in an ever changing, competitive market. On the house we eventually did buy, Ian's gut feeling to get in and view it just hours after listed proved to be right, and after a whirl wind of a couple of days we had an accepted offer. Realtors can sometimes come across as the ultimate salespeople - not Ian. He is genuine and compassionate, and really wants his clients to succeed in their ownership dreams. He is a family guy and it shines through in how he does business - you will be in safe hands with Ian guiding you through the crazy South Island market.

Ian makes your future, his investment. Ian will move mountains to find his clients the perfect home. He will never let you buy a home that is not right for you. He is honest on the good and bad of a home. He takes time to go through homes and talks it out with you. He treats his clients like they are family. He checked in with us throughout the process to make sure that we were going ok. He is super knowledgeable but if he doesn't know something he will research it extensively. He works hard, and is always on top of things. If something pops up, he does not stress you out about it. His manner is calm and he makes things his problem, not the client's problem. He is a dream to work with and we would do it again. We would recommend Ian to anyone. He found us the prefect home and we are internally grateful. Thanks Ian!!!

Ian works for you and works hard. He will be honest about the value of your home, he makes it look so good in the pictures. He gives you tips for showings and he will get you the best price. He is incredible and his clients are treated like family.

Ian was very helpful in assisting us in our move across the country. He was there for us every step of the way starting from showing us different neighborhoods all the way to dealing with our home builder. He's very professional, a good listener and genuinely friendly. A fun person to be around with, too. Highly recommended.
