5 stars all across for Ian! He was able to sell my aging condominium for a price to my expectations and went to bat for me when the offers were too low. It was a tough place to show off its beauty because my tenant was living there during the whole process with all his stuff all Over the place, but Ian nailed it despite that challenge. Now we’re off to go buy something else with Ian’s help. Thank you Ian!
