<p>Heather was very good. She is professional, very familiar with Barrie and surrounding towns, knowledgeable about the condition of the house, including kitchen, roof, furnace, water heater, etc.</p> <p>She was also very patient, and has flexible hours to visit homes. I had a difficult time competing in a hot market, and I was a little picky on the type of house I wanted. She was patient until I found the right home.</p>

<p>Heather did an outstanding job for us. Once she understood our needs she showed us mostly suitable houses but eventually helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She is punctual, responsive, and diligent. Definitely worth working with.</p>

After almost 2 years of looking for a home that "felt like us" we found it! Heather never gave up on us and got to know us so well that when a cape cod style home surrounded by trees became available she made sure we could view it asap. We fell in love and haven't looked back. Oh we fell in love with the house too! lol Thanks Heather for your honesty, guidance and patience. Boy did we ever look at some "different" homes. I can't wait to show you the updating we do!
