Heather went above and beyond. She helped us find a house that met all our needs and budget. She was extremely honest, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. When the seller tried to cheap out on a dishwasher that was supposed to be installed according to the agreement, she purchased it herself so we could close on the house and not be delayed in our move. I have never had such an incredible and supportive realtor who truly looks out for your best interest. We love Heather so much and she is such an incredible person that we always ask her to come over for a visit, baked goods and drinks when she’s in the area. You will have no issues and nothing but support when you use her as your realtor.

She is professional, very familiar with Barrie and surrounding towns, knowledgeable about the condition of the house, including kitchen, roof, furnace, water heater, etc.</p> <p>She was also very patient, and has flexible hours to visit homes. I had a difficult time competing in a hot market, and I was a little picky on the type of house I wanted. She was patient until I found the right home.</p>

After almost 2 years of looking for a home that "felt like us" we found it! Heather never gave up on us and got to know us so well that when a cape cod style home surrounded by trees became available she made sure we could view it asap. We fell in love and haven't looked back. Oh we fell in love with the house too! lol Thanks Heather for your honesty, guidance and patience. Boy did we ever look at some "different" homes.
