The best realtor you could ever work with, and my mother and sister are realtors (in a different area). We were posted to the area from Nova Scotia, and were not familiar with the area at all. Heather was able to arrange blocks of homes to look at in several different communities during out house hunting trip, often on very short notice. She was instrumental in helping us find what we were looking for in a community and a home. By listening to our feedback and concerns, she was able to make suggestions on what to look at next, while also making last minute arrangements based on what we saw coming up in the market. Her recommendations were spot on for our wants and needs, and we put in a few different offers during the week. In the end, due to the timing of our trip and the market conditions, we weren't able to purchase a home before the end of our House Hunting Trip. Heather kept an eye out for us and continued to show us homes virtually. We ended up buying a house based on a virtual showing, and we couldn't be happier. Heather is very experienced, knowledgeable about her markets, and will do what it takes to get you into a home that you want, with your best interests in mind. She doesn't push for a sale, and was able to keep us from overspending during negotiations. She is the best advocate you could hope for when making the biggest financial decision of your life. Highly highly recommend Heather as your realtor as she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and always readily available when you need her. At times, I've requested some last-minute viewings as I didn't live in town and yet Heather was able to schedule us in every time. With viewings, rather than trying to sweet talk me into buying any house, she shared her unbiased honest opinions which I very much appreciated. In the end, I bought a house that met my expectations without any complications nor difficulties. I will most definitely look for Heather again if given the opportunity!

I just want to say that I am extremely glad that I chose Heather as my realtor to buy my new home. From the very beginning to the end, she had always been responsive to my numerous inquiries, that I never had to wait a long time for her to get back to me.
