We had Greg list our house and he did an excellent job in a tough market. He was very professional to work with and his negotiation skills are excellent. His recommended changes of color and decor was very good and got immediate results. I would and will recommend Greg for any real estate transactions, buying or selling.

Greg was recommended by a friend when I moved back to Edmonton and needed a realtor to help me purchase a home. I could not have been happier to be working with Greg and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely knowledgable regarding the features of all of the neighbourhoods that we looked at. He had great attention to detail when we looked through the homes with respect to what was good quality and what would make a good business/investment purchase not just an emotional home purchase. I always knew he had my back and was a very strong negotiator. There were opportunities for him to just recommend that I accept a counter offer but he always had my best interest at heart and on several occasions recommended that the counter offer was not appropriate for the quality of the house or neighbourhood and recommended that we walked away. This was something that I really needed as I did not want to make just an emotional purchase and wanted to make a sound investment as well. I ended up in a great home and a great neighbourhood and am very happy. Greg is also very quick to return calls or texts and was always available even when he was out of town. Greg will be the only realtor that I ever recommend in the future !!

Greg truly went above and beyond when we asked for his help to list our home for sale. We gave him a tight timeline in a very difficult market and he handled it like a breeze. He never made us feel bad or guilty for late night or early morning calls or emails, he constantly kept us in the loop and provided support during this emotionally charged time. He negotiated with the buyer's agent like a KING. He was able to get us EXACTLY what we wanted for our home. I would 100% recommend Greg to ANYONE who is listing their home for sale or looking to purchase a home. I, myself, will never use another relator besides Greg.

Greg was absolutely fantastic to work with! He came highly recommended by word of mouth to me and I could not have worked with a better realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had a tonne of questions and had no idea how the whole process worked; Greg anticipated this and answered almost everything in his initial meeting with me before I could even ask! He was very thorough and great at explaining the whole process. He was very quick with communication, paperwork, setting up appointments, etc and kept me well informed through from start to finish. He had a lot of knowledge about the neighbourhood and the state of older homes that we looked at and was also able to provide recommendations for other professionals during and post buying the home. Greg was able to negotiate the price of the home I purchased down to my original offer and got me into my dream neighbourhood!
