Greg McDannold is a very professional and curteous realtor. He has a vast understanding of the Edmonton market and with his help I sold my home for my asking price in August 2018. I recommend Greg for anybody looking to buy or sell a home within Edmonton as he works tirelessly to make it happen.

Greg McDannold was superb! He suggested a fair price for the sale of my house so that it sold in two days! For the purchase of my new house, he REALLY listened to me about the features that I said that I needed in a new home and he gave me an extensive list of properties that fulfilled those needs. Greg was aware that I have some mobility issues, so on many ocassions, he brought papers to my house, printed copies and sent emails on my behalf to make my experience easier. He is very dedicated to his profession and takes his career very seriously. I could not have asked for a more pleasant person to be my realtor.

Greg suggested a fair market assessment, provided us with good advice on what and what not to do in preparation for listing the house, and has very good negotiating skills.

This is our second time working with Greg and it was an absolute pleasure. Greg has a fantastic handle on the market and gave us great suggestions on how to meet our goals as buyers.
