Greg recently helped us find a new commercial property to lease for our business and negotiated an incredible lease agreement for us as well. Greg had previously helped us purchase our residential home and since he done such an extraordinary job during that process we felt very comfortable working with him to help us secure a new space for our business as well. Greg's organization and professionalism truly impressed us, once again. During the entire process of searching for our space and negotiating our lease Greg always made time for us, our phone calls and emails. Greg knew all of the right questions to ask the property management/landowners. Greg is incredibly diligent and organized; he ensures that no important dates or deadlines are missed. He was incredibly kind, helpful and patient with us as we navigated new territory. I would, without a doubt, recommend that anyone who is looking to lease a commercial space to get in contact with Greg right away.

Greg managed to sell a condominium which, to put it mildly, did not have much curb appeal and he probably got the best possible price. This was an estate sale.
