I had not moved in 22 years. Glen was very respectful and considerate. He listened to my questions with a lot of patience and understanding. He took time to get to know me, and what I was looking for. Always at the end of the phone. On moving day he was a star. .running around checking all the appliances, while I stood like a deer in headlights.

Everything I could say about Glen would be in the superlatives. Throughout the buying process, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and never steered me in the wrong direction. In markets that were outside his jurisdiction, he was able to access his network of equally great realtors. If I had to buy a hundred homes, he would be my default realtor of choice.

Glen was very professional, knowledgeable and provided service above and beyond expectations. His expertise and thorough research assured me that we were purchasing the optimal unit for my budget and needs. I was very satisfied with the process and felt that every detail was dealt with by Glen, such that I had no concerns. I highly recommend him and will be relying on him for my next transaction.

Looking for a realtor? I cannot recommend Glen high enough. Save your sleepless nights and go with Glen. He is very thorough and will do his utmost to ensure that you are kept in the loop throughout the whole process. No question or concern is considered too trivial and he wants to alleviate any worries that you may have. He is proactive and in our case as a seller, he highly recommended a house inspection and this resulted in one less subject on the house. You would think that in today’s hot market, one would not have to do much to one’s home to sell it. But Glen wanted to maximize its appeal and after he staged it, we were amazed at how much potential the house had. For example, we had only ever used the partially covered deck as a catch all for extra stuff and as a walk through but Glen saw its potential as an outdoor living space and we have kept it as such and now will enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon naps in the warm sun until we have to leave. To conclude, you will not have any regrets nor second guess yourself by choosing Glen as your realtor.
