He is proactive and in our case as a seller, he highly recommended a house inspection and this resulted in one less subject on the house. You would think that in today’s hot market, one would not have to do much to one’s home to sell it. But Glen wanted to maximize its appeal and after he staged it, we were amazed at how much potential the house had. For example, we had only ever used the partially covered deck as a catch all for extra stuff and as a walk through but Glen saw its potential as an outdoor living space and we have kept it as such and now will enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon naps in the warm sun until we have to leave.
