Eva essentially became our realtor by accident. We were trying to view a home that we had walked past and had some interest in, but our own realtor wasn't available to show us at the time, so we called the number on the sign, and were introduced to Eva. Right from the start she was such a pleasure to communicate with, and that continued through a lengthy decision process in which we decided to buy that home, and also decided that we had to use Eva as our realtor. She was very thorough when necessary, and great in negotiating rounds. I always looked forward to our interactions, and Eva made the process of buying an expensive house with a very new newborn and toddler running around me easy, happy, and non stressful. We have asked her to sell our existing house now and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I feel more than qualified to write a review and to rank my realtor, Eva Tandy. She is, by far, the most competent and effective realtor I've ever met. She is knowledgeable, smart, kind and generous with her time. She listens and seems to know exactly what you need and want. Above all, she is a closer. I highly recommend Eva. She is the best!

Eva was not only professional but also very personable. She is well informed of the various areas within Kelowna and helped me immensely. Buying a property while being 400km away meant FaceTime and many texts back and forth. She was quick to respond and quick to book showings when I made it into town. I cannot express how happy I was to work with Eva and will without a doubt work with her in the years to come.

Eva is always so quick to respond, answer any questions I might have and help find the answers if she doesn't already have them. She is great to work with!
