We started to look toward downsizing from our current home about 2 1/2 years ago. Eva has been very patient with us and so quick to respond to any requests and questions that we have. She is always prompt, courteous and never did we ever feel pressured to make a quick decision. If there is something she is unsure about, she always finds the answer in a efficient and professional manner. Thank you Eva for all that you have done for us and look forward to the next sale!

I came to Kelowna with no expectations- just to see if it was a place I could consider retiring to. We had arranged with Eva to show us some properties while we were getting to know the town. Eva was very knowledgeable about the properties, the various areas of Kelowna and how each may or may not meet our retirement needs. Being from out of province, Eva made me feel very welcome putting me at ease and more comfortable throughout the process. When we found a property we liked, Eva’s calming presence and assurance that there is no pressure to buy put me at a greater ease and removed much anxiety around the negotiating that lay ahead. Eva was successful in negotiating a deal that met our objectives and within budget. The rest of the process was uneventful and executed smoothly. I would recommend Eva to anyone who wants a professional, hard-working representative who takes time to get to know her clients so that she can meet their needs better.
