I am grateful I hired Eva and not another top-rated Kelowna agent I had also interviewed. Eva is sincere, thoughtful, perceptive, respectful, polite, and compassionate. There are no hidden agendas. Her attitude is consistently positive, and she understands well the Kelowna real estate industry. She is professional, dependable, and consistently collaborated with all persons involved in selling my home. I observed these skills and qualities were especially evident with the buyers' many questions that I had never experienced with selling my other 6 homes; Eva did not demonstrate any annoyance towards them even though I was frustrated. I always felt she genuinely cares about what is best for me, her client, and didn’t feel the other party was better served as I had experienced in purchasing this home with another agent. She immediately recognized, valued, and understood the value of my home. Contrary to her contender, she understood that my bungalow-condo newly designated 55+ because of the recent Bill 44, would still be a well sought-after gated-community by virtue of its location, the numerous upgrades I had done, and unique features developers no longer value today. Eva did not pressure me to hire a stager as I had experienced with her contender. It was easy to trust Eva’s interior decorating experience. I appreciated her polite and tactful suggestions about moving a chair and painting for the photographs. It was a compliment to see my home listed as luxury and immaculate. I received $50,000 more than the other agent suggested I should anticipate receiving with the slower market. Although I only lived in Kelowna for a few years and my experience with real estate agents was limited to 2 others, Eva maintained focus on what is right for me throughout the journey of selling my home and I’m grateful Eva ensured my experience was positive and financially rewarding for me.
