We were referred to Erin by The Agency in Waterloo, Ontario whom we had used to sell our home there. Erin proved to be an exceptionally good fit for us with her joie de vivre and good sense of humour. She is punctual, is extremely detail oriented, responds promptly to emails and questions are investigated and replied to quickly. In a slower paced city like Victoria, the realtors can easily habituate to that laid back culture or they can be breakout proactive, savvy and ambitious pro's. Erin is the latter.
