Erin recently helped us with the selling of my parents family home in Victoria. She was referred to us by a local realtor from our home town of West Kelowna. Erin is AMAZING - we bought at the height of the market, and she managed to get us the second place we bid on, when there were 13 other offers to compete with (all without going over our comfortable max price). We then sold after an interest rate hike, which had a cooling effect on the market, and when other comparable places were not selling -- she managed to get us 3 offers, and we sold with our ideal closing date. She is a savvy negotiator, and made the process as stress-free as possible. She cares so much about her clients, is an absolutely delightful and positive person to work with, and I could not recommend her more.
