My daughter, husband and myself were looking to purchase a property in the Victoria area and we were lucky enough to be referred by a friend to Erin Greenwood. A couple of months prior to our arriving on the island and after multiple phone conversations and e-mails, Erin compiled our search criteria for a property which helped ease us into the crazy out of control Victoria market. On our initial meeting... Erin made us all feel at ease, she is very friendly, outgoing and energetic. Erin was also very intuitive about figuring out exactly what we were wanting and not wanting in a property. We appreciated her candor and straight forward attitude. Erin's expertise in the real estate industry shows, she has been in the industry for some time and is very competent in what she does. She is not afraid to ask any question. Erin was very knowledgeable and informative about the different areas in and around Victoria. We looked at quite... a few properties in person with Erin but we had to return to the mainland ( a little disappointed ) 'no pressure' Erin was very patient with us and assured us to stay positive...and to continue our search long distance. Erin walked us through quite... a few more properties via video and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had ( which were a lot ) and very honestly pass on her gut feelings on the walk-through's, which we whole heartedly trusted. Erin is such an excellent realtor. I went through a few different realtors during my home search before settling on her. She is so responsive and on it, which is particularly important in this fast paced market. I've had experiences with other realtors where it felt like they were simply telling me what I wanted to hear and nudging me to make offers on houses I wasn't too fond off. Erin on the other hand genuinely wants you to end up in nothing less than your dream home and she will put in the time and effort to make sure that happens.

Where do I begin. We were looking to move back to the coast after selling our home in Kelowna. We met Erin through a referral from our selling agent. All I can say is wow!! We were very impressed by not only her ability to truly understand what we were looking for but make the experience remarkable. It was difficult to travel back and forth with three dogs and a baby but Erin made the experience effortless and manageable. She was able to get us into the house, neighbourhood, and price we wanted in a seller’s market!! There are realtors, and then there is Erin. She works hard for her clients and genuinely cares about what she does and the people she does it for.

Shop no further! Erin Greenwood is a straight up professional with competence, confidence, motivation and dedication. I was both impressed and relieved with her insight, organisation, excellent customer service, and personal game plan. Victoria BC is currently a very tight real estate market where every move (or lack there of) matters. And Erin showed up for that with a strategy that made it all happen. Erin is a fabulous real estate agent!! Our experience with Erin over the past year looking for our dream home on Vancouver Island was absolutely wonderful. Erin was a true partner in this big endeavour, and really cared about our best interests in the process, having a full understanding of what was important to us.
