My partner strongly recommended working with Erin Field from a previous purchase with her, and I am very glad that I agreed! Erin was always available to chat, offer guidance and answer our questions and concerns at all hours of the day. She was always open to our suggestions and requests. She was very professional and friendly, but more importantly, told us the straight facts and her honest opinions regarding properties, property values and the real estate market in general. She has a no-nonsense approach and will work tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied. I would highly recommend her services!

Erin took time to explain the unique market conditions in the Ottawa region to us and was able to accommodate our schedule for house showings. As a newcomer to Ottawa, she provided us with her insight on where the market was heading, which allowed us to make our purchase at an optimal time. Her negotiating skills are superb and we were able to obtain our ideal home under the asking price. Would highly recommend her as an agent.

Rarely do I give 5 stars for any review, because there’s usually room for improvement. However, if it were a possibility, Erin would get 10 stars from us! From the first point of contact, to the flipping of the “SOLD” sign, Erin was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and FUN!!! Erin helped us buy our first home in a very tricky market (pandemic/ quickly rising prices). It was not the experience we were hoping for in our first home buying experience, but Erin made the experience a whole lot better! She was knowledgeable about the market and provided realistic expectations. She also recognized opportunities in the market and propelled us towards options that were not in the limelight. We would not hesitate to to go house shopping with her again!
