Erin was very knowledgeable, she explained documents and process steps clearly, and made sure we were in agreement before proceeding with anything. She was always available, and followed up consistently with us as the various milestones involved in both in the sale and the purchase of a house were reached. I recommend Erin wholeheartedly, we will be sure to contact her if we need anything real estate related again.
