Erin helped us buy our first home in a very tricky market (pandemic/ quickly rising prices). It was not the experience we were hoping for in our first home buying experience, but Erin made the experience a whole lot better! She was knowledgeable about the market and provided realistic expectations. She also recognized opportunities in the market and propelled us towards options that were not in the limelight. We would not hesitate to to go house shopping with her again!

This is the second time we have worked with Erin and we could not be happier. We feel that her knowledge gives us such an advantage going into the market, both as a seller and a buyer. She is there to guide us in every step and always gives you the facts, even if they are hard to hear. This time around, as buyers she spoke with us a few times before we went out to see homes, so she could be sure of what we wanted, but was also very accommodating when we asked to see some homes that were not within the neighborhood we had discussed. Even after the purchase, Erin has been available to answer questions and follow up with the seller on a few questions we have had. Erin has knowledge and experience that is so great, and you really couldn't have a better realtor in your side of the court when it comes to such an important purchase/sale. Thank you Erin!

Our experience with Erin was one we will remember. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process before, during and after. She always kept in contact with us. She is very professional and has exceptional interpersonal skills. She went above and beyond and made us feel like our needs mattered and she never let us down. Hands down the best experience we have had with a realtor. She truly is a queen at her job. We cannot recommend her enough. She has now become someone we can call a friend.
