I would not have been particularly comfortable working with an agent who lacks those qualities. Eric knows the market well and the listing price for my home was therefore as easily determined as was the price at which I was willing to sell my home. When it came time to put in an offer on the condo which I wished to purchase, Eric was thoughtful and considerate in determining a fair purchase price. Both transactions were completed very quickly, I believe in large part, due to the way that Eric conducted himself throughout as the pro Fessional that he is.</p>
