<p>I was introduced to Eric several years ago when I was looking for a realtor, and from the first time I met him he really stood out from the other realtors I'd met. I've since bought two houses with Eric, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase or sell with him in the future, or recommend him to friends and family.</p> <p>House shopping with Eric is an incredibly pleasant experience, he's always very well prepared and even when you have the odd ball questions he couldn't possibly prepare for he's quick to come back with an informative answer. He did a fantastic job with the negotiations on both of my purchases, and I can't help but feel I'd have paid significantly more had I went with someone else. Shopping for houses with Eric is incredibly low pressure; never once did I feel like I was being pressured into finding something or settling into a purchase; and I never once questioned if he was on my side to find the perfect house.</p> <p>In the end of the day, I cannot possibly say enough positive things about Eric and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a house.</p>

<p>With all the stresses related to purchasing a home I can honestly say having Eric Dennis by our side during this process has been an incredible asset. His knowledge, kindness and work ethic made us feel comfortable right away. He's conscientious and took the time to help us on the journey to understanding what we were looking for in a community and home, also within our desired price range. Eric researched each property prior to our showings to offer insight. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer or a situation he couldn’t handle, including a little buyers anxiety. He demonstrated profound patience and was quick to respond to our many requests. At no point did we feel like we hired a realtor to show us some houses, it was rather like having an experienced friend guide us though the process until we knew we had found our forever home. We ended up competing for our house but Eric promptly began building rapport with the selling agent and was diligent in using his experience to strategize our way to having our offer accepted, below asking price. There is no question that Eric prides himself on ensuring his clients understand the process so they are equipped and confident to make the decisions that best suit their needs.<br /> Janice C</p>

<p>Eric is great! Super punctual, has a great sense of Urgency, knows his market and genuinely try's to help you hit your goals. I've never felt like just another 'deal' with him - he is always engaged no matter how much/little attention your looking for.</p> <p>It's nice to get the regular contacts from Eric and get non-stop reports on the market from him... helps me stay on top what's going on when I'm ready to buy again.</p> <p>So Far, I've Bought 3 and Sold 1 with Eric - Wouldn't work with anyone else!</p> <p>Keep up the great work Eric!</p>
