He was very respectful of my opinions and shared his opinions with me which was extremely helpful when making a decision. Throughout the buying process and the changes I made to my search criteria, Eric quickly made the changes and because of this I found my perfect house.</p>

Eric had to literally go face to face with the other Realtor during the negotiations and the result was we have our new home.
