<p>This was my first time buying a house and Eric was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even if they seamed a little silly). We were looking for a good family home for our 2 kids to grow up in and wanted to be near schools and a good safe community. Was nice that Eric knew where we were coming from since he has a family of his own. He knew of the good communities and schools in the area that we were looking at. Was always there for us and ready to look at houses at anytime. Was also knowledgeable when it came time to negotiate. I would recommend Eric to anyone and will use him again in the future if we ever decide to move. Thanks for all your help and hard work Eric just sad that we found our house so fast and wont get to spend more time with you :)</p>

<p>Our home sold in 7 days because it was priced right and properly marketed. If you are just testing the market, any realtor will do, but if you really want to sell your home Eric Dennis is your realtor.</p>

<p>Our house got sold in less than a day, close to the asking price in a down market. He was very professional. We were very impressed, on the first appointment he came prepared with brochures/booklets and information about houses that sold/currently selling in my community. The photographer he works with is also very good. The pictures online and the printed brochures looked great. Would definitely recommend.</p>
