Eric is very knowledgeable in the reality of the home sale. My home sold very quickly with 12 showings the first day. All due to Eric’s expertise in pricing it correctly. Eric is very polite and genuinely helpful. And will answer yours calls and concerns which was big for me. We can’t say enough good things about Eric

Could not be more grateful or thankful for Eric working with us. My husband and I have both been out of country searching for a home in Airdrie and Eric made the whole process so seamless and easy. He was always available to talk and offer great perspective. What we appreciated most was just how personable and professional he was. Buying a home can be stressful and even more so when you are out of country and can’t physically see the house in person but he really helped us find the right place and we are super appreciative for that. If we decide to buy more properties in the future we will definitely be using Eric to help us with that!

Working with Dennis has been an easy and effortless experience. His communication has been really clear. What we were thinking or wondering about, he would bring up before we would. From the beginning Eric immediately grasped what our goal was: find the right house to buy, then sell this house to buy that house. We did not find this with other agents. In finding the right house, he drove us all around mid Alberta. Every house we thought we were interested in seeing, he called the realtor with his questions. We would then evaluate if it was still in our list. This was very helpful. We saw a lot of houses that were not true to picture. When we did find the house we wanted, he made sure we went through the processes of comprehending what we were buying. Eric was very diligent and on point all the way through the buying process. I would recommend Eric to everyone.

Eric has the experience and tools to price your home for a quick sale, rather than just reducing the price if there are no offers coming in. He held multiple open houses and even checked out the competition's open house. Overall, he has a heart, listens and is easy to talk too when going over the selling process. He's my favourite agent and would call him first.
