When we decided to sell our family home after 24 years living there, we needed a real estate agent who understood the significance of our transition, as well as the business of selling homes. Eric Dennis is that agent. He is exceptionally customer service oriented, sincere, a good listener and a professional agent. His positive approach ensured an upbeat experience for us. He directed us to an amazing down-to-earth stager who really explained the purpose of staging as different from living in a home. She did a great job suggesting how we might declutter our home to help prospective buyers visualize themselves in “their new home.” Eric referred us to an excellent photographer who was able to highlight our lovely home perfectly. Being familiar with our home and the market in our area allowed him to suggest a realistic price for our home and despite a snowy, cold weekend for an open house, his ability to collaborate positively with a prospective buyer's realtor resulted in a successful sale.
