Eric was very knowledgeable and showed us a few houses before we bought our new home. He supplied a stager and photographer that helped sell our old house.

Eric helped us several times, whether it was to sell or to buy a home, with his knowledge and experience, we were able to find a house and buy it for the right price in a very competitive market. He also previously helped us sell a house very quickly by making sure we price it right, advertise it right, and commmunicate right! Great work all I all!

He was familiar with the selections made in the portal and when we arrived in Calgary for our buying trip he had an excellent group of homes lined up for us. He suggested a few homes that were not initially on our list and one of them we ultimately purchased. He made the long-distance purchase easy and stress-free for us.
