This note will serve as my very high recommendation for Real Estate Agent Eric Dennis. He assisted my husband and me with selling/purchasing property a few years ago and now we are getting a second property. I have worked with other agents in the past and can say with confidence that Eric is the best agent I have ever used. Eric has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is conscientious and tenacious, always keeping clients best interests in mind. He does a great job of listening to his clients needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the clients objectives. Our trust in Eric extends to him viewing a property on our behalf. I know and trust he will tell us if it is or is not what we want. He negotiates effectively with opposing brokers on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions no matter the time. He shows great patience and attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest confidence in him. As mentioned Eric has represented us on the listing and purchasing of property. He is very smart and transactions can sometimes become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. Eric is simply the best. His dedication and commitment to his career shines through in how he handles his listings. Fantastic service! We met Eric a few years ago in an effort to sell our rental property. To our surprise he recommended that we not sell given poor market conditions at that time. Instead, he advised us to hire a management company to make our lives easier and allow the market to improve. Two years later Eric sold our condo at the peak of the market. Incredible!
