EDDIE IS STELLAR!!! I ran into a snag dealing with a rental property that became an immovable property. Not only has the condo market been difficult but my building had listings galore... When I first met Eddie, he was the 3rd agent I spoke to but took the time to do his research and put a plan in place. He knew what I needed to do and the urgency I needed to move this property... He got it done in a week! SOLD!!! I appreciate the effort and work Eddie!

I purchased my home with Eddie a few years back and he was absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and available anytime I had a question. I just recently sold a property with him and he was so helpful throughout the renovation process. He sold our property within 24 hours and above asking price! Eddie as our buyer’s agent was always 150% there for us in a difficult seller’s market for acreages. His knowledge, education, and God-like negotiation skills can assess the psychology of the seller and create value outside of price alone, which I believe is the reason our offer got accepted in a fiercely competitive multi offer situation. After the home inspection Eddie insisted we request a significant price decrease even though we were happy with the list of deficiencies identified and the price we offered. Eddie got on it and the price decrease was accepted - he THE ONLY REALTOR I have met who takes his fiduciary duty this serious even when everyone is already happy with the deal. His contacts in the industry are all equally as professional as Eddie, his recommended mortgage broker, home inspector, and lawyer all redefined what the gold standards for the industry should be. If you are not calling Eddie, you are making an immense mistake. I believe there are different levels of realtors and Eddie is a first-class professional while being exceptionally humble.
