Eddie was very knowledgeable and supportive while going through the process of selling my house and buying a new house. He completed a walk through of the home I was selling prior to putting it on the market to ensure that it was staged ready to show. With his support we sold our home within the first day on the market! Eddie can always be reached easily and always puts forth 100% of his time and energy to ensure I was making the best choice for myself.

Eddie was wonderful to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I felt so much more comfortable having him there to guide me through the home buying process from start to finish. Eddie offered honest advise and expertise when viewing properties and was supportive throughout the process of making an offer, closing the deal, and all of the details that were sorted out after the sale went through. He spent the time to ensure he explained the process each step of the way and made sure I had all of the information I needed in order to make informed buying decisions. Eddie was punctual and available for questions and was a pleasure to work with - I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

When I first moved back to Edmonton, Eddie took the time to get to know me and really understand what it was I was trying to find and what my needs were in searching for my new home. It was because of his personal touch and attention to client that he not only managed to find me the perfect little house that provided me with everything I was looking for (walkability, amenities, green space, workshop space), but that he also able to offer exceptional guidance during the entire process of negotiating and managing the complicated transaction of buying a new home, which for a relatively inexperienced home buyer, made the process incredibly less daunting and easy. That’s exactly why when it came time to sell my perfect little house, there was no question that Eddie was the realtor that I knew would provide the same level of professionalism and personal attention in trying to sell my home. And he did. In absolutely every way. Selling a home can be hard work, and even harder work during a pandemic like COVID. Eddie navigated all of the challenges that arose (and there were challenges) brilliantly and helped me identify the steps I might need to take in order to address any issues in my home that might impede its sale, and he did so graciously. He kept me informed every step of the way and I credit his professionalism, his personability, his knowledge of the market, and at times his humour!, for navigating me through what at times proved to be in the end a complicated sale.
