Eddie was nothing less than incredible to deal with. I found when we had doubts on a property, Eddie never pushed or forced a deal but always had great advice when we were feeling overwhelmed with our purchase. Buying a home is one of life's greatest moments but can also come with stress and doubts. Eddie certainly help us with the entire process and even after the deal was done kept communication open if we had questions later on. He was very friendly and made purchasing our property enjoyable. I feel indebted to Eddie after all the work he did making our deal happen and would always be happy to recommend him to friends and family.

Eddie helped us find both our homes (2016 & 2023) and if we could buy a house every week we would. Eddie makes every experience enjoyable and gives his honest opinion about options. He helped us through a very troublesome situation even though it didn't financially benefit him. Eddie is trustworthy and really believes in the customer first mentality.

We had a great experience working with Eddie. My partner and I appreciated his efficient, effective, no nonsense style in helping us sell our first house. He was informative, competent, thorough, and helpful throughout the whole process. He’s very responsive and kept us up to date. Eddie does his research, his pricing appraisal was almost spot on and he was a big help with the negotiations. There is no substitute for the experience and knowledge that Eddie brings to the table. Most importantly, you tell that Eddie enjoys what he does, and cares about his clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

When first consulting with Edward in regards to home buying, I expected him to be like any other realtor my family and myself dealt with in the past. However, as more time was spent with him passed, the more he became like family. We never had a realtor more consistent, patient, responsive and punctual as Edward. He would even take further and additional steps when really making sure we had a quality experience, and definitely took a lot of the stresses away when buying a home. For these reasons I listed, we used him again when selling the very home we gained when using his services, and were very pleased with the results! Overall, the honesty and wonder this man exhibits and produces far exceeded my expectations back then 8 years ago and even nowadays. Eddie is a highly efficient and professional realtor. He puts himself in his clients shoes when he helps you look for a property. He is highly honest and tells you the risks that come with purchasing anything and what to be cautious of. With Eddie it never felt like he was there to chase the deal but he was simply there to educate his client and make sure they can make the best informed decision based on their needs.
