The only Realtor who has not said,” Sign Up with me, I have a client or clients who will buy your home today”. A professional, who provides all the tools to optimize the opportunity to obtain top dollar for ones Home, current marketing data; Home Stager; Professional Photographer and total Social Media Marketing exposure. Dwight was always available to promptly respond to any information I requested and even though my Home is Sold, I am still receiving valuable information to ensure my relocation flows as smooth as possible. A great experience.

We had initially selected 3 different real estate sales reps for possible sale of our condo. We are very pleased that we chose Maxwell with Haley Streu as our representative of choice. She was very pleasant, honest, and professional. Communication was clear and detailed for every part of the showing of our condo and final sales arrangements. There were a couple of low offers from the buyer, but Haley encouraged us to stick with the price that we had set. The price that we set was agreed on by Haley and along with some prayer, the condo was basically sold in one week. It was always a pleasure meeting with Haley signing papers and helping us through the sale process. We had a lots laughs. I would and will recommend the Dwight and Haley sales team to anyone selling or buying a home (in fact we already have).

Hailey has been amazing to deal with. I highly recommend her & her team with any of your real estate goals/needs. She sold our house in 2 days with multiple offers!! Thank you for all your hard work.

Words cannot express how fantastic Dennis Frandsen is to this team. I never thought my place was going to sell and he had an offer in a day.
