we had our property on the market for 3 months with a different realtor. boy what a mistake that was, we had to constantly remind him to do things and we finally said enough is enough and switched to Dwight and oh what a difference. Totally professional , knew all the comps and had professional pictures taken and our property was on line within 24 hrs. of listing. We were living in Ontario and selling via long distance, however we were updated at least once a week and even though the market was down he sold our home inside of 36 days. The transaction went smoothly as we had anticipated. We recommend Dwight and his team to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home.
