Dwight’s team made selling from the unfamiliar role of joint Power of Attorney much easier than expected. They went the extra mile to ensure that both individuals with power of attorney were well informed in a timely manner. Information was detailed and thorough enough to make decision making easier. We were shown properties on sale in the area to help us in setting a price for the 2 bedroom condo being put up for sale. Information about economical items that could be changed in the condo to increase its appeal to prospective buyers were shared. Dwight’s team was aware of what amenities were available in the area and the role these played in setting the selling price. This realtor was an effective negotiator which resulted in getting an offer to buy that was above the asking price. Communication was professional and timely. We were sent text messages every time a viewing booking was made. This helped when deciding on offers from prospective buyers. Finding a real estate lawyer was a daunting task which was made easier by suggestions from Dwight’s team. The lawyer recommended was very personable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Dwight’s team to anyone buying or selling a condo.
