My wife and I were looking for our first home when we met Devin in summer of 2019. He showed us numerous properties through the fall and was patient with us while we decided on exactly what we wanted. He was very helpful while we discovered our "must-haves" and was very knowledgeable in the process. Devin was not pushy at all and did not try to up-sell us on properties that were not for us. We could tell Devin really cared about what we were looking for and that was his first priority, not only looking to make a sale. I had to leave the country for work at the beginning of 2020 and was gone for 6 months. During this time, Devin helped my wife check out properties and we were in contact regularly despite the time differences. Through the process he helped us navigate through 2 multiple bid properties, 2 failed inspections and finally our home purchase. Without hesitation we would, and will be, recommending Devin to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He cares more about the people he works with than he does about making a sale and will make sure he finds the property that is right for YOU.
