We both bought and sold a property with Devin. Being a first time buyer and with it being a investment property, Devin was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed to be confident with our decision. And also when we sold the place, Devin went above and beyond to make sure the property was ready to go on the market, and he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and was able to get us a great return on investment. Devin was amazing. We were quite nervous about the process of selling our rental property, considering the tenants just moved out, however he walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped. Devin got the house sold in under a week with new owners taking possession in less 2 weeks from the time of the sale made this process incredibly easy. We can not say enough great things about him!
