<p>I was lucky to find Devin during my search for a home in Edmonton. Coming from out of town, our communication had to be remote and Devin was quick to respond to each email, text, and phone call. Even after moving in he answered many questions as we got settled.</p>

We bought a house with Devin Gray. Met him at an open house and couldn't be happier with the experience and smoothness of the transaction. He was quick to get follow up and additional information as requested. Scheduled viewings at times that worked for us. Most importantly, he always followed up with emails and calls when asked without ever making us feel we were bothering him. Not our first house purchase but a lot had changed since the last place. Devin walked us through everything smoothly. Was able to recommend excellent service providers (home inspections etc.) that saved us money in the end. Devin did a great job in negotiating the deal on the house we absolutely love. He did some background research, IMO going beyond the average data most agents provide that gave us information helpful in getting to a negotiated price everyone was happy with. He is very friendly and not outwardly pushy. Let us come to find the house we wanted, not the house he wanted to sell. Great follow up even almost 2 months after the sale, with an issue we had. He followed up enough to get our business. Not too much but just enough. We had gone to about 20 open houses and gave our info to a lot of agents before choosing whom to work with. Honestly, he was the only one who got back to us more than once with detailed info on listings we were interested in. Others just got back to us to sign up, not Devin, he didn't push to sign a contract until we were ready but stayed in touch. Others wanted contracts before doing anything or even knowing what we were serious about. I would recommend him very highly and I feel you won't be disappointed in his negotiation skills, follow up and work he puts into the client needs. I certainly would use him again if we were looking for another place and recommend him to others that are considering an agent.

We started the year off not knowing exactly what we or wanted or what we were willing to compromise on. Devin was very patient with us. I wasn't sure how I felt about a few details because I wasn't sure what it is I wanted, let alone what my husband wanted. Over many months, we went on to see many houses; sometimes even twice. Whilst also dealing with my husband being on a different time schedule as he was deployed to the uk. After multiple offers fell through due to bidding wars and/or failed inspections, we finally found a house we were happy with. Devin has been insightful, honest and very knowledgeable. In the future, we plan on choosing Devin as our realtor for our next purchase and will continue to recommend to any of our friends who are looking to buy.
