We were recommended by Derek by our colleagues. Being in the lower mainland and investing in Kelowna, we were unsure about how to deal with viewing properties. From the start, Derek's response time still amazes us, from emails to text, he will respond instantly. This came crucial when a property came on the market, and got Derek to book a showing the next day. We submitted and offer and did our due diligence, and secured the property avoiding a multiple offer situation, and all thanks to Derek's organization and timeliness. With the market's intensity as of late, we secured it under listing and so happy Derek's performance.
