This is our sixth transaction with Derek and we stuck with him for a reason. He is very knowledgable about the Okanagan and it was always so easy to contact him with any questions. Although we've just found our forever home and might not need him as our realtor for a while, I recommend him to all my friends and family.

We were from out of town and Derek always accommodated our timelines. I felt extremely confident with his skill in showing us listings; taking about our needs, benefits of location and seeing things we would have overlooked. I've known Derek for around 30 years and he's a personable, positive guy. His communication skills are top notch and he has a magnetic, easy going personality. Working with him on this home purchase was great, he helped us through every stage and helped us to get into a place that we can afford when it was priced a bit higher than we were approved for. He was always available and was professional through the whole process. He's a friend of mine, however, I truthfully can say that I believe he is the right kind of person to hire as your real estate professional.
