We had white glove service from Derek from start to finish, which began a year before we listed house - before he had any firm assurances that he would even become our realtor. This was a stressful move with lots of complications, including an evacuation due to wildfires and subsequently our buyers were unable to get property insurance which resulted in them enacting the Force Majeure clause in our sales contract. Derek was in constant communication throughout this time, reassuring us and checking in to see how we were doing. I highly recommend him and have given his name to my realtor in Calgary (where we moved to), should she ever have clients wishing to relocate to West Kelowna or Kelowna.

Derek is amazing! A true rock star! He was awesome to work with and made us feel like we were his number one clients. He was very quick to reply to any questions we had and fantastic at helping us sort out a few minor issues that came up. He is very knowledgeable about the many neighborhoods to choose from. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Kelowna area.

He always responded quickly to any queries we had on a property. He went above and beyond to find answers to our questions, and there were many over the years! He made sure we were aware of all required documents, timelines for paperwork and he regularly checked in with us to make sure all was on track. Derek was very helpful in setting up appointments and meeting with the inspector and contractors on our behalf. Derek was efficient and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our move.
