We hired Denise to act as our real estate agent for the sale of our family home of 27 years. From our first meeting we knew that she was professional and knowledgeable about our local market. It wasn't easy for us to leave our home and Denise was very understanding about the feelings we had along the way. She was there in every capacity to help us through it. We will and have already recommended her to others that might be considering listing their homes for sale. Thanks again Denise!

We were very close to purchasing a different home when Denise advised us to take a step back and look some more. Her instincts were telling her we were about to purchase a home that was not ideal for us. We listened to her and found the perfect home.We are so grateful that a mistake was avoided. Thanks to Denise
