Denise was absolutely amazing. I was working with a different agent when fate intervened and brought me to Denise. It's not enough to say that my experience with Denise was absolutely magical. Her expertise and knowledge went above and beyond my expectations and it is because of her that I was able to find/buy a home within a few weeks of meeting her in an extremely hot and competitive market AND sell my own home last minute and without warning within 2 weeks. Her personable, hardworking, and genuine nature was the cherry on top of the most perfect Sunday. I could not recommend her more. Amazing agent and person, absolute pleasure working with her. 11/10.

She was very helpful and kindly responded to our questions quickly during the Offer process. She also made arrangements to have a SOLD sign brought back on the date of possession so we could get out picture taken with it

Working with Denise was amazing. I can't thank her enough for helping us buy our new home in Qualicum Beach. She was patient, enthusiastic, professional and so much fun. We had many questions about each property, within hours she had investigated, found out what we needed to know. She knew the area so well, and was able to answer questions regarding zoning, bylaws, permits, septic, wells. She organized properties for us to see very quickly, and was absolutely instrumental in helping us purchase our home even though there were multiple offers on the property. She is a classy wonderful lady. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

Denise is absolutely wonderful. I feel like she went above and beyond for me in multiple ways. As a single mother, she took extra care is assessing the condition of the homes, and was upfront and honest if she felt it wasn't a good fit. When we did finally buy a home and the previous owners didn't live up to the contract, she paid out of her own pocket to rectify the situation. Some Realtors are just in it for the money, but Denise is in it for the love; and her clients will leave feeling like a cherished part of her family. I feel like I gained a realtor, and a trusted friend. I look forward to working with Denise on all my future purchases.
