We first met Denise in June 2021. We had a very nice chat. We were out-of-town buyers and relied heavily on her expertise and guidance. We were looking to buy in the spring of 2022. Denise was extremely accommodating by viewing and video chatting with us for numerous potential properties. She did this without fail or complaint. Eventually she helped us buy our fantastic new home. i highly recommend Denise for local and non-local buyers.

Denise was absolutely amazing. I was working with a different agent when fate intervened and brought me to Denise. It's not enough to say that my experience with Denise was absolutely magical. Her expertise and knowledge went above and beyond my expectations and it is because of her that I was able to find/buy a home within a few weeks of meeting her in an extremely hot and competitive market AND sell my own home last minute and without warning within 2 weeks. She was very helpful and kindly responded to our questions quickly during the Offer process. She also made arrangements to have a SOLD sign brought back on the date of possession so we could get out picture taken with it

Working with Denise was amazing. I can't thank her enough for helping us buy our new home in Qualicum Beach. She was patient, enthusiastic, professional and so much fun. We had many questions about each property, within hours she had investigated, found out what we needed to know. She knew the area so well, and was able to answer questions regarding zoning, bylaws, permits, septic, wells. She organized properties for us to see very quickly, and was absolutely instrumental in helping us purchase our home even though there were multiple offers on the property. She is a classy wonderful lady. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.
