I can only say WOW. Denise went way beyond all expectations both when we bought the property and when we sold it fours year later. I have very high expectations of my service providers and I can say Denise raised the bar way past what I expected. If you don't use Denise and her huge intellectual capital, you might have made a mistake. Score 11 out of 10. I will use her again and will refer her to everyone.
