Dawna is an amazing realtor and person. This is the second time we worked with her and she is simply amazing. On this occasion she was selling our house and it sold for over asking in 5 days. Our move was on a tight timeline due to my work and she did not disappoint. She took the time initially even before officially signing to work together to provide excellent advice on what we needed to fix, change, or upgrade in order to sell our house. Once complete we met to discuss the price and other details on how to proceed, when to list etc. She uses a talented photographer who took amazing photos of our house and was extremely personable and polite. She always ensured that we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. Her advice and recommendations are always right on. Not only is she a great realtor she is an incredible person, friendly, funny, hard working, and a great friend.

Dawna is amazing! She has helped my husband and I buy and sell our first home. She takes the time to find out what you really want and need and then makes it happen for you. We were so lucky to have her and would recommend her 1000 times over!

Dawna is so approachable, friendly, accommodating and is also honest. She won't just tell you what you want to hear! She will sell your house and will work to find you what you are looking for in a new home. She is extremely responsive to messages and has a wonderful assistant helping her get the job DONE.
