Dawna helped us buy our condo and office space this year. Dawna is hands down the hardest working agent in the HRM. She has gone over and beyond for us again and again. If you’re looking for someone who is always available, extremely hard working and advocates for your best interests working with her is a no brainer. You couldn’t find a better agent to work with. I am an extremely busy business owner and she has made the process a seamless one for us. She is the best of the best.

Our agent Dawna met with us and right away we knew she had a detailed plan and asking price that was workable for us! She presented a reasonable timeline in which to accomplish our photos, advertisement and sale and made great suggestions on how to best present our property. We mutually selected 3 days to be on the market and she arranged 19 showings in that period. Once offers were in she met with us, we selected our purchaser and she guided us through all the hoops we needed to sell our property and move to our new home. Her confidence and guidance was reassuring and we have no hesitation in recommending her for anyone looking for an excellent agent.

Dawna is an excellent agent that I highly recommend to anyone buying or selling. Not that we had any issues but if I needed Dawna for anything, she was always available or called back very quickly.
