<p><br /> Dave was the best realtor I have had. The other realtors I have had in the past (4 of them) couldn’t even compare. Dave’s ability to keep on top of things and respond to questions in a quick manner was quite impressive. His knowledge of houses and what’s on the market gives you a good perspective. He knows about the builders of the house we looked at new and old and told us about there quality. Dave gave me a great feeling that I could trust him completely. Other realtors I had in the past left me feeling like the sale was more important that what our needs were. He sold our house for more than we expected, and had the builders of the homes we were looking at dropping there prices like a reverse bidding war. Was more than I expected from one person. Remax’s commission is higher than some other companies, but Dave is worth ever dollar of it. It was a great pleasure working with him and I would definitely use him again.</p>

Dave was knowledgeable, efficient and professional as well as friendly. He made us feel comfortable with all steps within both the selling and buying process, helping guide us through both sides of the process was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable about all neighborhoods, builders, price comparables. He was also very prompt in contacting builders with questions and getting back to us (usually immediately). We were very happy with having Dave as our realtor and felt like he was "in our corner" the entire time. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dave for your realtor needs! He went above and beyond with helping us find the right home for us. He was very professional and did an excellent job walking us through the process and teaching us along the way; as first time home buyers he did a great job at pointing out many pros and cons of every house that we otherwise may not have noticed ourself. He listened to what we wanted and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was always very easy to get ahold of and there at any moment we needed him.

<p>Dave is the real deal. We met Dave simply by giving him a shout inquiring on one of his listings. We ended up booking a showing with him and the house was beautiful. We were ready to put in an offer the next day. The incredible part about Dave was, instead of taking the easy sale he showed his true colors. He wanted to make sure it was the right one and talked us into many viewings around town displaying lots of hard work. Not once did he give us the impression that we were a hassle to him and he stayed in contact with us all hours of day. It payed off..he managed to get us into an even more suitable beautiful house after selling our old house in only a few days! He truly did show that he was more interested in getting his customers into the house of their dreams than just making the quick sale. Aside from this he also holds a large amount of knowledge in housing and market. He gives very honest opinions which to us is what buyers need. I highly suggest Dave to anyone ready to make deals happen!</p>

Dave has helped us both buy and sell our home, and both experiences were exceptional! Each time he helped break down the process into a way we could understand, and we felt totally comfortable trusting him to do his thing in negotiations. We felt that Dave really knows both the neighbourhoods and the market in GP. He was always available to answer questions when needed, and communication was always easy and quick. Most recently, he helped us sell our house after one day on the market! I wish we could take him to Nova Scotia with us to be our realtor forever, he will be hard to replace! Highly recommend!
