Dave was realistic and very aware of what needed to be done to get my house sold, and he did. My house sold quickly and for the right price. I had also purchased this house a few years ago with Dave where he paid close attention to my need and expectations, and ended up finding the perfect home for me.

Dave knee is from previous sales and he makes it so easy to work with him. He is always on time and gives feed back that is black and white which is important when selling/buying a house. I strongly recommend Dave to my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.
