Dave was very patient and understanding with us, and as this was the first time buying for us that really took the stress out of the whole situation. Picking out our home was an enjoyable experience, and thanks to Dave we learned a lot along the way! We would definitely recommend him!

Dave was the best real estate agent we ever worked with! We were only in town for 8 days and Dave showed us every house we requested as well as a few he thought might work for us! We ended up buying a house he had chosen for us to look at! It is very evident he loves his job, he is always pleasant and professional and very efficient and obviously puts in a lot of hours! He was with us most days we were there, and if he wasn’t with us he was arranging an inspector, recommending lawyers or drawing up offer to purchase to be signed! Dave doesn’t try to just sell you a house, he gets an idea of what you want and does his best to make sure that when you buy you are very happy! I would recommend Dave to family and friends without question!

I have known Dave Pilger for many years and in many capacities. He is an outstanding human who works very hard to be successful at whatever task is in front of him. Dave is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate. This was my first time experiencing buying and selling a house. To say the least I was a bit anxious and definitely overwhelmed. Dave and Charmaine were so amazing. They answered all my questions, explained ever step of the process as many times as I needed and made the whole process so much less stressful. I was beyond ecstatic with the whole process and am very excited to move into my new home. I would highly recommend Dave for selling or buying a home.

I have the pleasure of not only calling Dave our realtor, but he is also a former colleague. It was very important that I felt comfortable with the person we would be working with, and I knew Dave was the best choice (even before we decided to put our house on the market). Working with Dave was easy and there were never any surprises. Dave told us from the beginning that it might take a little while for our home to sell, but if we were patient, it would happen. He didn't set us up with unrealistic expectations that our home would sell as soon as it went on the market, and I appreciated his honesty. He always advised us on how the market was doing and what might help our home sell quicker. When it came to buying a new home, we were super picky, and we had very specific boxes that needed to be checked off if we were going to buy it. Dave was very patient with us and worked hard to find houses that fit our criteria. He always made himself readily available when we needed him - whether that was showing us homes, answering our questions, or giving us advice. He made selling and buying pretty much stress free - and we are so grateful for that. Overall, he made us feel valued and always had our best interest in mind. It was great working with him and we recommend him to anyone who is selling or purchasing a home.
