<p>While purchasing my second home, it was again a new experience for me, requiring both the sale of my first home and purchase of another. This was doubly confusing as my second home is a new build. What very few people realize is you should include your realtor in the purchase of a new build as well, they can and will help.</p> <p>My experience with Meryl was extremely positive, my house was listed quickly, lots of action, and was priced right for the neighborhood to maximize my value. My new home was a challenge, of course a builder is going to offer you all kinds of extras at your cost, quick possession dates to minimize their carrying costs etc. Meryl not only helped with negotiation but assisted in all other aspects that to a realtor are no doubt common place but can be quite frightening and frustrating to a client.</p> <p>Meryl and associates are a family run business, who treat you like family. You could not ask for a more comforting experience in the stressful time of selling and/or buying a new home. This is an experience that should be an easy transition for people and exciting and fun, however many realtors treat you like a number, you will not find that experience here.</p> <p>Enjoy.</p>

<p>I was a first time home buyer and Dave helped me find a great condo in the area I was looking for. Dave is a very knowledgeable realtor, he spent ALLOT of time looking at numerous different condos with me and wasn't rushed at all. He took the time to look into each of the buildings and areas I was interested in and gave me recommendations on certain buildings to avoid and why. He is very efficient and was always reliable to get the information I needed in a timely matter. Once Iade a decision on a place he was very knowledgeable on helping me decide what the proper offer I should make was with market analysis and helped me through the whole process. When it comes time for me to move on and find a new place I will definitely be using Dave to sell my condo and find my next place!</p>
