Dave was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of our sale. Although we were disappointed with the recommended sale price we did agree on a price that we thought was reasonable and Dave set out to sell it. We had also hoped that the buyer would take possession before Christmas but in all honesty that was unreasonable on my part as we listed it after the first of November. Dave did everything possible to to sell in a timely manor and after the negotiations we ended up closer to Dave's suggested sale price. He gave us advise on things the buyer would look for and what the inspector could find. We were able to improve on some things without it becoming an issue. We were also considering doing some rather expensive upgrades, thinking that it would drive the price up but the cost and the time it would have taken wasn't worth it. Dave was quickly able to figure out what we wanted and the best way to get us there. Other family members have used Dave's services before and we know how extremely pleased they were with Dave's assistance on negotiations. That, plus our own experience, have made Dave an invaluable person to know. His vast knowledge in all things real estate, buying and selling homes inside and outside the city, including acreages, makes him someone I have gone back to, since our sale, for other information. He has also recommended others, such as an inspector for when my daughter bought her house and a lawyer for when we sold our house; in both cases the people he recommended were just as efficient as he is. Dave is always friendly, helpful and quick to return my calls. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who was looking to buy or sell their home.
