I am a real estate professionnal (Residential and commercial) in Alberta and my spouse and I chose Dave Nicholson to represent us on the sale of our property. Dave is RECA by the book and we learned much from Dave. When RECA developped the real estate courses, they must have taken Dave as a model. From the time we put the house on the market to the time we sold, our employment situation changed dramatically: we were no longer downsizing, we planned to move to Québec as a result. Dave adapted and changed the strategy accordingly and was able to successfully sell our house meeting all our " changed conditions". Would I recommend Dave Nicholson? Absolutely Would I use Dave Nicholson for my next sale or purchase? Absolutely. In fact we are putting our rental property for sale by the end of the month. I know RECA has made a lot of effort to increase the perception and the professionalism of realtors. Dave Nicholson is a leader in that field and I am happy to acknowledge in this review.

We knew nothing about Airdrie prior to beginning our search for our home, but as a resident herself Meryl was able to provide us with tons of valuable information about the area and each community we were looking at.
