Dave and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were meticulous in walking us through the selling process and ensured all our questions were addressed. They were able to secure us an offer well above asking as well as a quick close. Highly recommended to anyone looking to jump in the market!!!!!!!

Dave and his team are a well oiled machine. There is no one else who could have listed my home in less than 2 business days and sold it in less than 5 in a market that is normalizing *as we entered into March break - historically a time when home sales slow. Above and beyond that, Dave sold our home for the highest dollar value a semi HAS ever sold for in Dufferin Hill. I told Dave, we wanted the property sold IMMEDIATELY, and his team moved heaven and earth to make this happen for us. From the time I confirmed we wanted to work with Dave - Tuesday at 11:30 am, he had his stager and an inspector come by the house THAT afternoon, and had staging complete and photos done on the Wednesday. We were live on MLS Thursday, 2 days after being hired. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. Dave and his team are beyond fair when it comes to pricing, and Steve (on Dave's team) literally got kidney stones while dealing with our negotiations and managed to drum up multiple offers on the Saturday prior to our offer date - selling firm on the Saturday (5 DAYS AFTER WE HIRED DAVE). THERE is NO BETTER TEAM - when you need the job done quickly, efficiently, and for the highest sale price.

We researched thoroughly before choosing an agent, and then decided to go with Team Elfassy. This was THE correct decision. Dave and the team are so friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated. We always felt our needs were being looked after, and their professionalism is second to none. I will always be recommending Dave and team to friends and family.

We were a bit skeptical due to such a low commission while including everything from staging, virtual videos, floor plan generation and home inspection, but decided to meet with them as we heard they were amazing. James Frodyma called and set up a meeting with us, and he explained their system and we were convinced. He proved to be knowledgeable and very strategic. He adjusted the listing price by watching the market until our house was listed. He and his team did an amazing job at marketing our house, and he didn't stop working even through family day weekend, answering buyers' agents and holding open houses. When it comes to offers, he guided us through difficult decisions and we sold our house with the price we really hoped for in just 6 days! We highly recommend James and his team.

We worked with James Frodyma on the Elfassy Team and our condo sale actually broke records for both Liberty one towers in Toronto! This experience has been surreal for us. We've had this investment property for a little over a year now; and while we've been wanting to sell...however the reluctance on our part was largely due to time limitations. With both of us working from home with two little ones not always able to go to school - the LAST THING we wanted to sign up for was the additional 'stress of selling' to our already busy lives..however, hearing all of the good things about James we decided to finally 'bite the bullet'. The market's hot, so we did imagine a 'good number' and this wasn't even a number I had ever imagined us getting. This ended up beating all of our other diversified investments & if anything I wish I had bought multiple units for him to sell!!! I happily will be recommending James & the Elfassy Team to my network of friends & family!
